Michigan man dead after accident at Blackford County solar farm
BLACKFORD COUNTY, Ind. — A Michigan man died after an accident at a Blackford County solar farm on Friday. According to the Blackford County Coroner's Office, shortly after 11 a.m., 27-year-old Hunter Torpey was involved in an accident about a mile from the Delaware County line east of 100 East on 450 South. It was reported he suffered from severe head trauma, but an autopsy is still pending. He is reportedly an out-of-state worker for White Construction.
