One hospitalized following three-car crash on Plumtree Road in Springfield
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - One person was hospitalized following a three-vehicle crash in Springfield Tuesday evening. The Springfield Fire Department stated that at approximately 6:10 p.m. on Tuesday, crews were called to 695 Plumtree Road for a reported three-car motor vehicle accident. Emergency responders freed one occupant from their vehicle, who was brought to a local hospital to be treated for injuries. The victim is expected to recover. The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
