Woman arrested, charged with DUI following fatal Roanoke County motorcycle crash: Police
A woman was arrested Friday evening following a fatal crash in Roanoke County, according to police. 64-year-old Barbara Ann Callahan was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and refusal, according to the Roanoke County Police Department. Around 7:35 p.m., police said a Callahan was driving a Honda SUV in the 3600 block of Colonial Ave and struck a motorcycle. Police said Jackson was taken to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, where he later died of his injuries sustained in the crash. Police said additional charges are pending after further investigation.
