One dead after wrong-way, head-on crash into semi truck
One person is dead after a wrong-way, head-on crash on Monday morning in Fresno County. The crash is at Manning and Chateaue Fresno Avenues. CHP says officers received a call around 5:24 a.m. for a head-on crash between a semi-truck and a pickup truck. Initial investigations show the semi-truck was traveling east when it was hit by the pickup that was reportedly driving the wrong way. The pickup flipped over, burst into flames, and the driver was ejected. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
