Vehicle collides with Wichita clinic, injuring two
In Wichita, Kansas, two individuals sustained injuries on Friday morning when a car crashed into the front of a local clinic. The incident occurred around 10:15 a.m. at Hanger Clinic near Hillside Street and Central Avenue. A 71-year-old woman, a customer attempting to park, accidentally accelerated into the building according to police. The crash resulted in a 29-year-old woman inside the clinic being struck by the vehicle. Although she was initially trapped underneath, emergency responders successfully rescued her. Both women were transported to a hospital and are currently reported as conscious and alert. Wichita Police Department officials are conducting interviews with the driver to determine the precise cause of the accident.
