Two people were killed and another was critically injured in a three-vehicle crash Sunday morning on U.S. 50 in Dayton, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol. Troopers responded to the crash at about 7:14 a.m. near Segale Road. The crash involved a semi-truck and two other vehicles. The two people who died were pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel, authorities said. A third person with life-threatening injuries was flown by Care Flight to a local hospital.
