Teenager dies in Fresno County as big rig collides with truck
A young man from Fresno tragically passed away after his vehicle was struck by a big rig, causing it to overturn several times. The incident took place on Manning Avenue, east of S. Riverside Avenue, around 6:30 p.m. According to the California Highway Patrol, the big rig driver crossed into the opposite lane and collided with the man's Chevrolet Silverado. The impact led to the Chevrolet flipping over multiple times. Regrettably, the 19-year-old driver of the Chevrolet did not survive the crash and was declared deceased at the scene. The big rig driver, who was unharmed, is cooperating with authorities. The identity of the young man has not been released.
