Motorcyclist killed in crash at Dublin and Union
(COLORADO SPRINGS) — On Sunday, July 5, a motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a pickup truck, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD). On Sunday, just before 10 p.m., CSPD was notified of a crash at the intersection of Dublin and Union Boulevards. CSPD's preliminary investigation showed that a motorcycle was heading north on Union when it hit a westbound pickup truck. The driver of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital for their injuries were they later died. The Major Crash Team assumed the investigation, and speed is being investigated as a factor in the crash.
