4-year-old Kentucky boy dies in fireworks accident
A 4-year-old Kentucky boy died after a fireworks accident in Somerset over the holiday weekend. A tilted fireworks canister hit 4-year-old Rhett Luttrell on Saturday night while celebrating the Fourth of July, according to officials. Police say Luttrell's family was shooting off fireworks when it happened. The Pulaski County Coroner's Office says the tilted canister hit Rhett in the torso, killing him.
