Motorcycle crash in Mass. town prompts hourslong road closure
A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash Tuesday afternoon in Billerica, Massachusetts.The two-vehicle collision occurred around 4:45 p.m. at the intersection of Rogers and Faulkner Streets.According to Billerica police, the male motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and was transported to Lahey Hospital.The driver of the other vehicle was uninjured and remained at the scene.Police said the intersection is expected to be closed for hours while crews investigate.It's unclear if any charges will be filed or what may have caused the crash.
