Man ticketed for fatal Ontario County crash
Seneca, N.Y. — A man was ticketed following a fatal crash in Ontario County on July 5. Ontario County sheriff deputies responded to the intersection of Kashong Switch Road and Wabash Road in Seneca around 11:15 a.m. for a report of a crash with injuries. Deputies say a man was driving a car westbound on Kashong Switch Road when he collided with a car traveling westbound on Wabash Road. 96-year-old Joan Peterson of Fayetteville was pronounced dead on the scene. 65-year-old Bruce Peterson of Cicero was ticketed for failing to stop at a stop sign. _________
