Investigation into Deadly Accident in Gallatin County
Kentucky State Police Troopers were called to the scene of a fatal multi-vehicle crash on US 42 E in Gallatin County, Kentucky. The incident involved a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2023 Ford Bronco, resulting in the tragic death of Iveth Salgado Calerdon, aged 24, who was driving the Bronco. The driver of the Silverado, Dalton Hamlin, aged 20, veered across the center line, leading to the collision. The authorities have begun an investigation into the accident, handled by the Kentucky State Police Post 5 Accident Reconstructionist.
