The report said Francisco was taken to Adventist Health Delano, where he was pronounced dead at 3:42 p.m. The report said an autopsy was conducted, and the cause of death was determined to be a “Combined Drug Toxicity” and the manner of death is an accident. The report listed the “type of case” as an “accidental overdose.”
