Fatality reported after vehicle crashes into Franklin County creek
Crews are responding to a fatal crash in Franklin County on Thursday afternoon after a vehicle reportedly fell into a creek. A PennDOT spokesperson confirmed one vehicle crashed into the Conococheague Creek, just west of Greencastle. The crash was reported around 1 p.m. A portion of Route 16 is closed while crews respond, the spokesperson said. The circumstances of the crash and who was involved is unclear at this time.
