A 33-year-old man from Henrico County tragically lost his life in a single-vehicle accident on Jan. 11 when he attempted to overtake another vehicle by driving on the shoulder, leading to a collision with multiple trees. Reports indicate that the man, identified as Cody Lee Page, was tailgating a vehicle on Woodman Road before the incident occurred.
