Distracted driver caused I-670 crash that killed 2-year-old boy: report
New details have been released about last Wednesday’s deadly crash on Interstate 670 that killed a 2-year-old boy. The child was identified as Teddy Corey, the son of the executive director of Franklin County’s Human Service Chamber. A crash report said a driver who was distracted by their phone hit the car carrying the toddler. Two other vehicles also were struck in the crash. Three people were treated at hospitals.
