Deputies: 3 injured, 1 seriously, after car rear-ended in Anderson Township crash
Three people have been injured, one seriously, after a crash late Thursday night in Anderson Township, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.Deputies say they responded to U.S. 52, near Asbury, just before 11 p.m. on Thursday.Officials say a white Mercedes, being driven by a 34-year-old man, rear-ended a black Toyota Camry.Deputies say the driver of the Camry, a 70-year-old man, and the car's passenger, a 62-year-old woman, were taken to UC Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.The driver of the Mercedes was also taken to UC Medical Center, with serious injuries sustained to his face.Deputies say alcohol is believed to be a factor and speed "was definitely a factor," in the crash.
