Coroner identifies victim in Richland County crash
The person who died in a crash that happened on Friday in Richland County has been identified by the coroner. Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford identified the victim as Austin D. Lesane, 44, of Blythewood. The deadly crash happened on McCord's Ferry Road near the intersection with Lake Dogwood Circle, according to the coroner. "We will continue working with the South Carolina Highway Patrol to fully investigate this crash," Rutherford said. The investigation remains active. Officials said additional details will be released as they become available.
