2 injured in crash on Tennessee State Route 91 in Carter County; charges pending
UPDATE: Two people were injured in a crash that happened on Tennessee State Route 91 in Carter County, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol. According to the crash report, the driver of a Jeep Wrangler was going northbound, and the driver of a Toyota Corolla was going southbound. The report stated the Wrangler entered the southbound lane and struck the Corolla. The driver of the Corolla was airlifted to Johnson City Medical Center for treatment of suspected serious injuries. The driver of the Wrangler was taken to the hospital for suspected minor injuries. Charges are pending, according to THP.
