HAZEN, ND (KXNET) — Authorities are investigating A Plane crashed near Hazen. The crash happened shortly after 1:40 p.m., officials from the Mercer County Regional Airport tell KX News. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is investigating the crash. NTSB investigations involve three primary areas: the pilot, the aircraft and the operating environment.
