52-year-old motorcyclist dies in Oakfield crash
Oakfield, N.Y. — A 52-year-old Oakfield man was killed in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday night on Batavia Oakfield Townline Road, according to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies say the crash happened around 9:30 p.m. and involved a black 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle and a white 2016 Nissan Versa. The sheriff’s office identified the motorcycle operator as James L. Emery, 52, of Oakfield. Emery was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and passenger of the Nissan Versa were not injured. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
