Motorcyclist killed in Bryan County crash identified
Authorities have identified a man who was killed in a motorcycle accident in Bryan County. Around 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, emergency crews were called to a crash along Hwy 78, just west of Silo Rd. Investigators say 38-year-old Timothy Steely was riding a motorcycle and failed to negotiate a curve, causing him to run off the left side of the road. After going off of the road, authorities say Steely hit a sign support, a rock, a small tree, and a culvert before coming to rest. Sadly, Steely died as a result of his injuries.
