3 hospitalized after car flipped during crash on Hixson Pike Saturday evening
Three people were taken to the hospital Saturday night after a crash on Hixson Pike flipped one of the cars, trapping a person inside. The Chattanooga fire department say it happened near North Access Road. Crews arrived on the scene to find one of the cars flipped on its top. Out of four total passengers involved in the two car crash, 3Three of them were outside of the cars. The fourth was trapped inside the car that flipped. Firefighters were able to get the person out. That person and two of the other passengers were taken to the hospital by Hamilton County EMS. The Chattanooga Police Department is investigating what led to the crash.
