Woman killed, 1 seriously hurt in car crash near Joint Base Andrews
A woman was killed, and another woman was hospitalized following an overnight car crash near Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. According to the Prince George's County Police Department (PGPD), officers responded on May 23 just before 3 a.m. to the area of Suitland Road and Allentown Road about a single-vehicle collision. Police said the driver, an adult woman, was rushed to a nearby hospital with critical injuries. Another woman, a passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene.
