William Penn Highway briefly closed after overnight fatal crash in Juniata County
A deadly crash overnight closed part of William Penn Highway in Walker Township for a few hours, according to Mifflintown Hose Company 1 . The fire company posted just after 10 p.m. that the roadway between Rutter's and Smith Road was closed due to a fatal accident. It reopened around 1:20 a.m. on Thursday, according to a Facebook post. Any information surrounding the deadly crash has not been released at this time. CBS 21 has reached out to the Juniata County Coroner's Office for more information.
