Walker County Sheriff's son injured in serious car wreck

After being injured in a car wreck around 5 a.m., Walker County Sheriff Nick Smith's son Dylan was stabilized. Dylan was on his way to work on July 24 when the sheriff says his son was hit by an oversized mobile home being moved by a truck on Highway 195. Smith says that healthcare workers plan to move Dylan to UAB's trauma floor in Birmingham.
