VIDEO: Officer saves man from burning car after severe crash
RICHBURG, S.C. (WKRC/CBS Newspath) - A police officer's body camera caught the harrowing moments he saved a driver from a burning car crash. According to a release from the Chester County Sheriff's Office, a deputy jumped into action to save a driver's life on May 23. The deputy was called to a single-vehicle crash and arrived to find the vehicle overturned and partially on fire. The driver was reportedly trapped inside. The driver told the deputy she was stuck inside the vehicle, trapped by her seatbelt. "As I was getting ready to go in and get her, I kept thinking, 'This car could blow up at any moment'," the deputy recounted. "This is where me and her meet God."
