Tragic incident claims life of endangered giraffe at zoo
A giraffe born at the Greenville Zoo in South Carolina unfortunately passed away in a tragic accident, as reported by officials. Kiko, the Masai giraffe born in 2012, had been transferred to the Toronto Zoo in Canada. The incident occurred when Kiko was given access to a new section of his habitat and got trapped in a door due to the unique anatomy of his species.
