Tragic death of teen in I-80 crash near Utah-Wyoming border
A tragic incident occurred on Thursday on Interstate 80 near Wahsatch at the Utah-Wyoming border where a 15-year-old girl lost her life in a single-vehicle accident. The Utah Highway Patrol reported that the accident took place in the eastbound lanes at mile marker 190, with the car only carrying the young passenger and an 18-year-old driver. The cause of the accident remains unknown. Sadly, the teenager passed away at the scene, and the driver sustained moderate injuries and has been taken to the hospital. Traffic congestion is heavy in the region due to one lane being obstructed.
