Traffic snarled on I-40 by crash involving 18-wheeler

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A crash investigation is underway after a one-vehicle accident involving an 18-wheeler on I-40 near Watkins Wednesday morning, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT). According to TDOT's cameras, it shows traffic is heavily backed up due to the crash. No one was injured as a result of it. At this time, all westbound lanes are blocked.
