Traffic Alert: Crash on Wasatch Boulevard leads to closures at 7500 S
COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah (ABC4) — A crash blocked Wasatch Blvd traffic in both directions at 7500 South. According to the Utah Department of Transportation, there is a crash on Wasatch Blvd (SR-210) at 7500 South. Due to the crash, Wasatch Boulevard was closed in both directions. However, one southbound lane has been reopened. Cottonwood Heights Police Department (CHPD) says a southbound corvette veered into the oncoming lane, colliding with a northbound jeep and causing it to rollover. The corvette also rolled, and side-swiped another vehicle. Courtesy: Cottonwood Heights Police Department One person was transported to the hospital in fair condition, according to CHPD. At this time, initial estimates say the crash should be cleared around 5:02 p.m., though that may be subject to change.
