TOPEKA (KSNT) - The Topeka Police Department has introduced the walk-in accident reporting phase for Topeka residents. During this phase, the police will only respond to and investigate accidents that meet specific criteria. For all other accidents, individuals are advised to exchange insurance and contact details, then report the incident either by calling the Topeka Police Department or visiting the Law Enforcement Center in person.
