Terre Haute car accident sends two to the hospital
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— A two-vehicle accident in Terre Haute on Tuesday afternoon sent two individuals to the hospital. According to Sgt. Newman with the Vigo County Sheriff's Office, a two-vehicle collision occurred earlier Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of U.S. Highway 41 and East Evans Avenue. According to Newman, one vehicle was attempting to cross the intersection as another was coming up the ramp, leading to a collision. Newman stated that the area would be cleaned soon, but that two individuals involved had to be taken to the hospital.
