Teen dies in Spartanburg car accident, says Coroner
In Spartanburg, South Carolina, a tragic incident occurred where a young individual, Ricky L. Kelly Jr., aged 19, lost his life following a car accident that took place on December 7th. Unfortunately, Kelly passed away on December 10th while receiving treatment at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. This marks the 71st traffic-related fatality in Spartanburg County this year, making it the county with the highest number of vehicle-related deaths in the state.
