Single vehicle fatal crash under investigation in Warren County
LEBANON, Ohio (WKEF) -- An early morning crash in Warren County is under investigation by the Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. According to OSHP, the crash happened a little before 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, It took place on Greentree Road, slightly east of State Route 741 in Turtlecreek Township. A 2005 Honda Civic driven by 37-year-old Stacey Mcintosh of Lebanon was traveling east on Greentree Road. At a curve, the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road, was overcorrected, then traveled off the left side of the road, striking a utility pole. Mcintosh suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. On scene, the OSHP was assisted by Warren County Sheriff's Office, Turtlecreek Township Fire Department and EMS, Warren County Coroner's Office, and Case Towing.
