Sheboygan County teen gets leg trapped in corn grinder, suffers life-threatening injuries

TOWN OF LIMA (WLUK) -- A teenager is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries suffered during a farming accident in Sheboygan County. Shortly before 1:30 p.m. Thursday, emergency personnel were dispatched to the W3000 block of Wilson-Lima Road in the town of Lima. The person who called 911 said an 18-year old male's leg was entrapped in a corn grinder inside a silo. Crews extricated the teen and he was airlifted to a Milwaukee-area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
