Serious crash closes all northbound lanes on I-75 near West Chester
All northbound lanes on Interstate 75, beyond Interstate 275, have reopened after a wrong-way crash in Butler County.The highway first closed around 3 a.m., with lanes reopening just before 8 a.m.Ohio State Highway Patrol reports there are injuries as a result of the crash, but could not speak on the extent of any.Troopers confirmed that the crash was due to a wrong-way driver, and that more than two vehicles were involved.Firefighters from Sharonville helped to respond to the scene, posting pictures on Facebook of the crash, which involved a semi-truck and a sedan.Pictures show the sedan badly crushed. Warning, some viewers may find photos from the crash disturbing.Lanes were shutdown for about five hours Friday. This is a developing story.
