(FOX 5/KUSI) -- An early morning crash involving a semi tractor-trailer has blocked multiple lanes on Interstate 5 in Oceanside, according to a Sig Alert from California Highway Patrol. The collision, first reported at 5:16 a.m., occurred on northbound I-5 just south of Harbor Drive. Officials reported that a big rig jackknifed, blocking three lanes of traffic.
