One taken to hospital after car crash into Blair County business
BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- One person has been taken to the hospital after a car crashed into a Blair County fireplace store. The single vehicle crash happened along Broad Street in Duncansville Wednesday afternoon. A reporter at the scene said the car crashed into Fireplace Creations when it veered off the road and hit a large rock lining a driveway before hitting cables on a telephone pole and then the building. The driver of the vehicle was injured and taken to UPMC Altoona for treatment. Further information on the driver's condition is currently known. The owner of Fireplace Creations told WTAJ that the store was closed and he was not inside when the crash happened.
