School buses delayed after tractor-trailer crash, fire on I-95 in Stafford County
STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 is causing school buses and general traffic to experience delays on Thursday morning. Details are limited; however, the incident occurred on the southbound lanes of I-95 before Centerport Parkway. All southbound lanes are blocked while crews respond. Stafford's Schools Transportation Department announced that bus services Thursday morning may see delays and "irregularities". Delays are approximately 2.6 miles and begin before VA-630 (Exit 140).
