Sacramento crash along Northgate Boulevard leaves motorcyclist in critical condition, police say
A motorcyclist is in critical condition after a crash Monday morning, the Sacramento Police Department said.Officers went to Northgate Boulevard and Bridgeford Drive around 10:30 a.m. for a crash involving a vehicle and a motorcycle, police said. The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.While details on what led to the crash have not yet been released, police said DUI does not appear to be a factor. The driver remained at the scene. The intersection where the crash happened is closed as officers investigate. An estimated time of reopening was not given.This is a developing story.
