Portland police are investigating a fatal crash on Northeast Lombard Street. Emergency responders were called to the intersection of Northeast Lombard Street and Northeast 72nd Avenue just before 3:30 a.m. Tuesday. "During the investigation, Northeast Lombard Street is closed from Northeast Cully Boulevard to Northeast 72nd Avenue, and Northeast Killingsworth Street is closed from Northeast Cully Boulevard to Northeast Lombard Street," PPB said. The Major Crash Team from Portland Police are leading the investigation.
