Pedestrian killed in Tri-Rail train collision in West Palm Beach
One person is dead after a collision between a pedestrian and a train on Tuesday night.According to West Palm Beach Fire Rescue, it responded after 6:30 p.m. to a report that a pedestrian was hit by a Tri-Rail train in an area south of 25th Street and Australian Avenue.Your neighborhood: Local coverage from WPBF 25 NewsThe 643 train was traveling southbound between the Mangonia Park station and the West Palm Beach station.Buses are being used to pick up passengers on the train.Tri-Rail told WPBF 25 News just after 7:30 p.m. that there are no trains north of the incident area.
