Pedestrian killed in hit-and-run crash in Seven Corners
A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash early Tuesday morning in the Seven Corners area, according to Fairfax County police . Just before 3 a.m., officials said that officers responded to the intersection of Arlington Boulevard and Patrick Henry Drive, where they found a man who had been struck by a vehicle. Fairax County police said the driver fled the scene in a silver sedan. The intersection was shut down but has since reopened. The agency's Crash Reconstruction detectives are working to determine the cause of the crash .
