Pedestrian killed in crash on East Ben White Boulevard, ATCEMS says
AUSTIN (KXAN) – One person was killed after being hit by a vehicle Tuesday evening on East Ben White Boulevard, according to Austin-Travis County EMS. Emergency crews responded at about 5:43 p.m. to the westbound service road of East Ben White Boulevard in the 600 to 1218 block for reports of an auto-pedestrian crash. ATCEMS said medics found an adult who had been hit by a vehicle. The person was pronounced dead at the scene. No additional information about the victim or the circumstances leading up to the crash was immediately available.
