Pedestrian in East Sacramento dies in fatal car crash.
A fatal accident occurred in East Sacramento where a pedestrian was struck and killed by a car, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. The incident took place near Tiber Light Rail Station, where the pedestrian was not using a crosswalk and was wearing dark clothing. The driver stopped and cooperated with authorities following the collision. Tragically, the pedestrian was declared dead at UC Davis Medical Center. The CHP is currently investigating the incident.
