An overturned semi truck held up traffic on I-24 near Westside Drive early Thursday morning. Westbound traffic has been reduced to one lane as first responders work to clear the scene. A photo from the Chattanooga Police Deparment show a car pinned on the side of the wreck. That angle is not visible from the TDOT Smartway Cameras.
