OSP: Woman dead after hitting embankment, overturning in Warren County crash
A woman has died after a single-vehicle crash Sunday night in Warren County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.Troopers say the crash happened around 7:10 p.m. on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road in Union Township.According to OSP, a 2006 Ford Focus was traveling west on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road before traveling off the left side of the road and hitting an embankment.Troopers say the vehicle overturned several times before hitting a guardrail and coming to a final rest.OSP says the driver of the vehicle, Paulette R. Hines, 51, of Maineville, was pronounced dead at the scene.Officials say Hines was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash.
