One person killed in Ontario County crash
Seneca, N.Y. — A fatal crash in Ontario County is under investigation on Sunday. Ontario County sheriff deputies responded to the intersection of Kashong Switch Road and Wabash Road around 11:15 a.m. for a report of a crash with injuries. Deputies determined that a man traveling westbound on Kashong Switch Road had collided with a car traveling southbound on Wabash Road. A passenger in the man's car was pronounced dead on the scene. The man was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital for facial and neck injuries, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office. The intersection was closed for nearly three hours, but has since reopened. The crash is still under investigation. ________
