One dead after big rig crash on the Fresno Street off ramp of Highway 99
A person is now dead after being hit by a big rig on Highway 99. California Highway Patrol says the crash happened on the Fresno Street off-ramp of Highway 99 going north. [RELATED] Semi-truck flipped over on HWY 99 in Fresno County CHP says the man, believed to be in his 50s, was in the crosswalk on Fresno St. at the top of the off-ramp. The ramp has been closed off for an investigation, which has been handed over to the Fresno Police Department. Officials say the driver of the big rig is cooperating. This is a developing story.
